One year warranty is offered for cameras ,DVR and other CCTV products.
For the problem of broken cameras ,we have two resolvent for your selection:
1)We can supply two additional products to you if you purchase 100 products ,and then you can use the additional cameras instead of the broken camera.And we do not take on any freight. 2)Any defective products under guarantee will be repaired without charges.The buyers and Safesky will pay for one delivery either forth or back. If any mistake were caused by our mistake, Safesky will be responsible for all delivery cost until problem is solved out.
Sample availability
Customers pay the charge for samples as well as the freight in general.

1. Sample order: Within 7days after receiving the copy of T/T
2. General order: in 2~3weeks upon receipt of payment.
3. OEM case:
Trial order: one month after all details are confirmed, including Logo.
Repeat order: in 2~3weeks upon receipt of payment.
